The Privacy Rights Clearinghouse (PRC) mission is to engage, educate and empower individuals to protect their privacy.
The times are changing. PRC started attracting a younger audience, many of whom only have a phone to access the Internet. The original PRC website was more than 10 years old, and its look and feel were tired and outdated. It also did not have a mobile-friendly theme. The nonprofit needed to have a site to reach all demographics, especially young and lower-income consumers highly susceptible to identity theft.
Through the discovery, design, and architecture phases, Sagetree worked closely with the PRC team to make sure we knew what their organizational goals were; what results they wanted to generate; who the different users and stakeholders were; what additional features were needed; how the SEO would be configured; and more.
The result was a new website, that featured a fresh new design that was modern and responsive friendly, ensuring that visitors could access their content on mobile phones. Further, the Sagetree team optimized their data breach database to make it more accessible and also streamlined their online complaint center.
